Non-contact magnetic coupling is a torque-transfer device that uses permanent magnets or electromagnetic fields to transmit rotational motion without physical contact. It eliminates the need for mechanical seals, enabling leak-free and maintenance-free operation in critical applications. 

How It Works

Dual Rotors: Consists of an inner rotor (driven by motor) and an *outer rotor* (connected to load), separated by an air gap or containment barrier. 

Magnetic Interaction: Magnetic fields between rotors create synchronized rotation, transmitting torque across the gap (up to 500 Nm).

Containment: Hermetically isolates fluids, gases, or vacuum environments (e.g., pumps, reactors)
