Ningbo Enterprise Service Center & Commerce Bureau Streamline Compliance for Rare Earth Exporters Following New Regulations
In response to China’s newly released Announcement No. 18 (2024) on rare earth export controls (issued jointly by the Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs on April 4), the Export Approval Division of Ningbo Municipal Commerce Bureau, in collaboration with the Ningbo Enterprise Integrated Service Center, organize specialized training session on 4 July.
Magnetic materials will process with100% Mandatory Customs Physical Inspection. Processing Time for Application Submission and Physical Examination should be considered and well planned.
